The pumpkin patch.

Oh how i love Oregon pumpkin patches!

In Orange County it is almost a carnival. Treats, rides, play structures...

Lots of money could be spent on ridiculous things.

In Oregon, pumpkins grow on the vine in a field where you pick them.

There are hay bales set up like mazes, there are corn mazes and good ol farm fun.

No one asks me for money, the kids are outside in nature getting dirty just like the should be.

It doesn't hurt that pumpkins cost $1 for any size either...

My friend Raegan decided to head to the patch and we tagged along.

It was a beautiful day.

(Seriously, Kristy you need to come and bring Deacon or it will be all over for them. Dax is really putting on the charm and moving quickly.)

And seriously, is there anything cuter than a baby exploring pumpkins for the first time?

This is her first October and she couldn't be happier about it. She LOVES scary things and wants to touch every scary thing at the stores. hehe

I couldn't get enough of her crawling all over these pumpkins. She couldn't stop feeling them and trying to bite them.

Love her.

We went on a tractor ride around the patch and soaked in some sun which should be disappearing soon.

Then we went home to these...
