13 ounces or less

So I found this idea in blogger land awhile ago

then I forgot about it, and it popped up again on pinterest... and I actually saw it before the holiday passed! So it was a must, and the kids had so much fun doing it!

We sent Easter eggs in the mail!

We got some supplies...

Filled them with goodies...

Closed them up...

And sent them on their way!

Ok, so I went to the post office to mail them. On an EXTREMELY busy day! And when I got to the front of the line and dumped eggs like this on the counter, the people waiting in line huffed.
But we could send them, the problem was that they had to be sent as "parcel post" instead of "stamped" mail, and the cheapest price for parcel post was more than I wanted to spend for each egg...

So cousins, you got yours all together in a box, and friends in Idaho (Polsons) and HB friends (Mormon Minor) I hope you get them! He said, they can't guarantee the delivery of such an odd package, so please tell me if you get them!

I'm glad you posted about this because I think this is such a cute idea but wanted someone else to try it first! Haha.

Yea Jen we got our first egg in the mail. Addison was very excited to open it. The egg broke as we opened it but everything was still inside and Addison was thrilled. We miss you guys so much.
