What does your future hold?

We made fortune cookies this year for Chinese New Year, which yes, is not until Valentine's Day, BUT lets see how busy that day will be...

1. It is the twin's Birthday!! (3, can you believe it!)
2. It is Valentine's Day!
3. I drive back from Big Bear with the Young Women.
4. AND my parents and my brother (who JUST got back from his mission Feb 1) are flying
in for the week.
I have way to many things to worry about besides fortune cookies on that day, so we decided to make some early to celebrate.

We thought the kids could help, but those little suckers are HOT while trying to fold them. .. but they enjoyed eating them.
SO EASY! SO YUMMY! Try it... idea from here.
