And what can be better than celebrating Groundhog's Day with a trip to visit lots of animals...
the San Diego Zoo.
We have been in the works with our friend that lives in San Diego to get passes all together so we can make the trek once or twice a month to hang.

Merrick was so excited to be out of the stroller and wandering around! He loved this tree, and I think it is such a funny picture because he is so into the tree when there is a HUGE elephant right in front of him.

the picture of merrick with his pancake looks JUST like Tyson it's crazy! love the elephant stomping on merrick it's a great pic!! you will LOVE your passes!! you actually get up before your kids? thats amazing i wait until the last possible second to get out of bed!

OK that picture of Merrick under the elephants foot may seem funny because you were there, but it is giving me SERIOUS anxiety!
San Diego is hands down my favorite zoo EVER! Did you go see the panda bears?? they are my favorite!
