Advent Calendar

Are you sick of hearing about Christmas? Well, I am, but I have to show some of our advent calendar activities everyday. I made little papers with a fun Christmas activity to do everyday. Some I posted, some I didn't. Here are some I didn't post...

Watch the Grinch...

Make candy for our neighbors...

We made wreaths with our hands with some friends:

We also watched Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, ate dinner by our Christmas tree, picnic style, make little gifts for our neighbors, watched Mr. Kreuger's Christmas, go to the boat parade, get icecream... we had a lots of fun...

Ok, no more about 2009!

6 love notes:

You are so creative! I love this idea of using the Advent calendar in this way! If you have your daily ideas typed up, I would love to have them for inspiration:)

Yum!

I love your advent ideas! When you first mentioned it, I thought I could never do that (because I'm afraid I wouldn't follow through on MORE things to do at Christmastime). But those are doable things, some of which I'd be doing anyway. Genius!

Did you get little elfs for both the kids?

By the way, did you ever say where you spent your shopping spree? Anthropologie or some other stores?

We'll have to do a wreath with their hands next year--that looks fun!
