date night

We trade date nights with our friends. They watched our kids last night so we could go out on the town. As I type, our little friends are over while their parents are out on the town. It is a good switch up.

We went to this "word of mouth" hamburger joint called Willamette Burger Company.
It was probably one of my favorite hamburgers of all time, and Five Guys just opened, but I still think I will go to WBC over Five Guys any day!

Tyson got the "Old McDonald". On the menu it said that every farm animal participated...
Fried egg (chicken), bacon (pig), patty (cow).. It was a big burger too, and Tyson was messy!

Look at these homemade tator tots. It is pretty much fried mashed potatoes.
.
Then we walked around downtown Salem. We thought it would be more happening than it was, but we had fun looking in the windows, enjoying the crisp night air, and heading to the beanery for some Mexican Hot Chocolate. mmm

(Here I am at ALMOST 30 weeks...)

It was a great little date night, and we need more of those before this baby comes!

I love that picture of you looking in the SLAB window. What a beautiful prego shot! Frame worthy. :)

I love trading date nights with friends! Babysitters can be so expensive. Your shirt and cardigan combo makes me happy :) And those tater tots looked quite fabulous!!
