4th

We had such a great 4th of July! It started Thursday, July 3, when the Po pos came over for a little slumber party. I know right? How fun is that? We put the kids to bed and stayed up eating all kinds of junk and playing games until 3 am. 

Then we woke up in the morning and went to the Huntington Beach Parade.... which we heard was amazing, but I can see fire trucks any day of the week. 

This is me trying to keep Merrick's head look at the camera and not at the parade. At least it was interesting to someone.

We then said goodbye to the Po pos and headed down to the Thackers (cousins) to have a swim/BBQ party. We had ribs... Tyson and I were not the only ones who liked them. 

We then went to the Laguna Hills city fireworks show. I was so impressed. I had never been, but if you live in Southern California, you need to go see the LH city fireworks. They were amazing!

We has such a blast with friends and family. I love holidays, but the 4th of July is so nice cause you don't really have to prep for it. It just comes, and is tons of fun!
