We decided on a little more effort in the family health aspect of our lives. Here we are after our run today. Uh, we ran three miles, not 26! I know my face is SO red. It is a little embarrassing.
I don't know what is up with me and the little font today! I think it is cute.:)

b walking is too cute!! I think ryan WILL be in Love!! I'm very excited about coming next week. I am not so excited about all the crap I have to lug around-but I'm whining to the mother of twins.
